Greetings,

My name is Dr. Tina Pettway.  It is an honor and privilege to have the opportunity to serve as one of the administrators for Hudson K-8 School.  I am a product of Birmingham City School (BCS), with over twenty-five years of educational experience and a committed heart for teaching and learning.

I humbly honor the BCS mission of guiding all students to achieve excellence in a safe, secure, and nurturing environment. My goal is to work diligently with teachers and staff to continue the legacy of success at Hudson K-8 School by building strong relationships with parents, students, and community partners. In addition, I look forward to continuing the focus on personalized character building, sustaining and creating a positive climate/culture, and implementing innovative initiatives that motivate students to be confident in their abilities and develop an eagerness to learn daily.
