     Educational Greetings Putnam Middle School Family! As your principal and servant leader, I am elated to welcome you back for the 2023-2024 scholastic year. I'm sure that your summer months have been filled with spending time with friends, family, and colleagues, relaxing, traveling, but even more so, rejuvenating your commitment to teaching and learning through professional development, reading your favorite book(s), or surfing the internet for transformational educational ideas. 

     This academic campaign will surely embrace previous successful school programs and will spark new initiatives that will certainly take on challenges that will prepare our young scholars to be strategic thinkers, competitive, resilient, and poised for the 21st century. With educating students as our centralized business, keep in mind that the daily work at Putnam Middle School will be to inculcate in our students the values of discipline, character development, and academic achievement. 

     In culmination, as principal of this historical institution, it is truly a privilege to be a part of a community where parents, teachers, and students care for each other and strive to build positive relationships that support academic, emotional, psychological, and social growth. Also, be reminded that Putnam Middle School, "teaching all the children, all the time, and for all the right reasons, is not just clich'e, it's a principle of action and reality. Again, welcome back and continue to educate beyond normal parameters.
