My name is Dr. Emanuel Foster, I have served as an educator for 21 years as a teacher, counselor, and an administrator. I believe teaching and learning are the key components for a productive school. As an educator, I believe all students can learn and effective teaching is exhibited when young scholars are actively engaged in the pedagogy of a content relative to their learning needs. I believe great leaders are always learning and are energized by discovering new things. Educators are serving a Generation Alpha which consists of young scholars who are technology savvy and receive knowledge by click of a button. I desire to be an instructional leader who is cognitive of digital learning and how to implement effective strategies for school improvement.
Minor Elementary School is a great place to empower, engaged, and educate young scholars to be leaders of the 21st century.
