Princeton Alternative Elementary School has been achieving academically for years.  It's taken hard work, dedication, parent training, and regular staff professional development for to make this happen. 

Our state shifted to the full implementation of Plan2020 & the Alabama College and Career Ready Initiative (Alabama Common Core Standards).  The links will give you some insight to the changes occurring at our school and across the state. 

Finally, Boot Camps and seminars on new state standards, rigor, standardized testing, and student achievement are held quarterly and at PTA/PLC meetings.  Grade levels host workshops and meetings to provide parents with helpful academic insights and tips that can be used to help children gain mastery of these rigorous standards.
