Assistant Principal

Dear Parents, Students and Staff:

 It is with great enthusiasm and sincere honor that I join the L.M. Smith Middle School community as your Assistant Principal.  I am excited to be a part of an amazing team of teachers, students and families. I firmly believe in a strong home-to-school connection and by working together, we can make sure every child’s academic, social, and emotional needs are met.

 I bring to L.M. Smith Middle School 17 years of experience as an educator. I have taught 7th-12th grade ELA as well as served as a Curriculum Coach. At L.M. Smith Middle I will collaborate with all stakeholders to prepare our students to thrive effectively as 21st century learners and hold the highest expectations for our students, all while providing a safe and loving environment.  

 I look forward to collaborating with our dedicated staff, families and leadership team to help provide the best educational experience for our students. I am blessed with the opportunity to be a part of the L.M. Smith Middle School family.
