First String Donates $50,000 to Wenonah Basketball Programs & Gifts New Nikes to Each Player

Hibbett, in partnership with Nike, unveiled its new philanthropic initiative, First String, with a donation to Wenonah High School's boys and girls basketball programs.

Each student received a pair of shoes from Ja Morant’s basketball line and the program received a $50,000 donation.

Each year, First String donates funds to local basketball programs and selects one player from the boys and girls teams to receive scholarship assistance for their post-high school education.
