NAIFA Alabama Scholarship Deadline: Friday, March 15, 2024

  • A resident of the State of Alabama

  • A graduating senior from a high school in Alabama

  • Accepted into an accredited college or university

  • GPA must be 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale

Birmingham Chapter of Charms Inc Scholarship: Due Date: March 8, 2024

  • Applications in the Counselors' Office:

  • Graduate from Birmingham City High School by the end of the 2023-2024 academic year.

  • Graduate with a GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

  • Have an ACT score of 22 or higher. Composite or Superscore will be used.

Rotary Club of Birmingham Scholarship Due Date February 2o, 2024

Students in the Birmingham City Schools district may apply for the Rotary Club of Birmingham Scholarship.  To be eligible, students must attend an accredited, two or four year non-profit college or university, either public or private.  The award is for $2,000 per year and is renewable for a total period of four years upon satisfactory performance. Selection is based on academic performance, recommendation, extra-curricular activities, performance on SAT or ACT test (which will be considered, but no minimum score is required to apply) and other criteria the selection committee deems appropriate.

Community Foundation College Scholarship Deadline: 2/14/2024

To be eligible for the Community Foundation College Scholarship, you must:

  • be a high school student in the Birmingham City Public School system

  • graduate in the Spring of 2024 and plan to attend college

  • be a citizen of the United States of America and a resident of the state of Alabama

  • maintain a minimum of a 3.0 GPA throughout high school

  • This award may be used at an accredited, non-profit four- year college/university.
