Helpful Hints for Students (while sheltering in place during COVID-19)

  • Establish a daily routine 

  • Study/work for 15 minutes and take a 5 minute break (do this for an hour)

  • Complete a wordsearch activity

  • Exercise for 15 to 30 minutes daily

  • Drink lots of water

  • Eat more fruits and veggies 

  • Decrease sugar intake 

  • Get at least 15 minutes of sunlight daily

  • Designate a quiet zone for each family member
