Notice is hereby given that the Birmingham Board of Education (the “Board”) will accept bids for ITB #2025-01, Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and Maintenance Services. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Birmingham Board of Education, Purchasing Department, Room 202, 2015 Park Place North, Birmingham, Alabama 35203, by Tuesday, April 15, 2025, 2:00 PM CDT. Bids are due and will be opened at this time.

BCS Addendum 1 ITB # 2025-01 Automated External Defibrillators and Maintenance Services

This Addendum shall be considered a part of the original Invitation to Bid referenced above. Except as described below, the original Invitation to Bid document remains unchanged.

Response to ITB must be received by 2:00 PM CDT/CST on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Submitter shall acknowledge receipt of this, and any addendum as stated in the ITB (See Attachment C - Addenda Acknowledgement Form).

Notice is hereby given that Birmingham City Schools has completed its analysis of the bids submitted in response to the above-mentioned ITB.  After careful consideration, we have determined that bids will not be accepted, and therefore are rejected at this time.
