In a rematch of the BCS Girls Basketball Tournament Championship Game, the Ramsay Lady Rams again prevailed over rival Wenonah to capture the Regional Championship in the AHSAA State Playoffs.
While the former contest was a close one, the Lady Rams left no doubt in this win, putting up 86 points to 60 for the Lady Dragons.
Camilyah Rowe scored 21 points, missing only one field goal, and grabbed nine rebounds to claim the MVP trophy, with teammate McKenzie Davis contributing 20 points.
Wenonah's Samarian Franklin tallied 35 points and shot 50% from three-point range to account for more than half of Wenonah's points.
Ramsay's semifinal game will take place on February 26 at Legacy Arena in Birmingham.
